UCA TURKEY TROT 2024

United Christian Academy's Turkey Trot is hosted by IMPACT - UCA's parent volunteer group. The Turkey Trot, also known as the "jog-a-thon", is IMPACT's ONE major fundraiser that allows us to host many of UCA's all-school community events (such as Fall Festival, Thanksgiving Feast, Teacher Appreciation Week, etc.) In addition, IMPACT supports various campus improvement projects, supplements school-specific activities, and provides classroom materials to further enhance student experiences. Last year, our jog-a-thon proceeds funded the purchase of a new ipad cart, 10 codable drones, 40 merge cubes, stage risers for performing arts, as well as a special elementary science assembly.

This year, aside from supporting its annual budgeted expenses, IMPACT is, once again, hoping to raise enough money to purchase an additional iPad cart for our Elementary School. Complete with 25 new iPads, this cart will enhance individualized learning and support students' academic growth.
IMPACT is committed to supporting a thriving school environment for students all year long... and our Turkey Trot helps to do just that!

Here's how you can support your child/ren in the Turkey Trot:
- CREATE YOUR CHILD'S PAGE. Click on the link above to find your child's class, and then create their individual fundraising page. You may personalize their unique page as much as you would like by following the prompts provided. (NOTE: Each student will need a unique email address to create their page.)
- SPREAD THE WORD. Tell your friends and family about this opportunity to support your child as they participate in the Turkey Trot. Share the link to your child's Turkey Trot page on social media, via email, or word of mouth.
- MAKE YOUR PLEDGE. All donations, both big and small, will help us achieve our goal. The process is fast, easy, and secure… and you can be sure that it will make an impact in the lives of UCA students!
