Meet our Class!
Meet our Class!
Hey UCA families... guess what?! It’s Jog-a-thon time! That means we get to use our wiggles, giggles, and energy to help support the various celebrations we have here at United Christian Academy!
Our class is so excited to be participating in UCA’s TURKEY TROT on Friday, November 22nd. By taking part in this fun event, we’re able to help contribute to the way IMPACT cares for our big UCA family. But…we can’t do it alone! We need your help!
Like last year, we are excited to share that the jog-a-thon is happening earlier in the year and will help us build an appetite for our Thanksgiving Feast later that afternoon!
Students have each created a personalized fundraising page and set his or her own jog-a-thon goal. We hope that you’ll support them on their individual pages. All contributions collected on student pages will apply toward our overall class goal (listed above).
You might be wondering where the money goes? Well, in addition to allowing IMPACT to host events like Fall Festival and Thanksgiving Feast, the funds raised support school-specific activities, classroom needs, and campus improvement projects. This year, IMPACT is, once again, hoping to raise enough money to purchase an additional iPad cart for our Elementary School.
We really hope to meet our class goal because the work IMPACT does on our campus brings us together and helps enrich our school community. In addition to funding all of those things, a portion of the money our class raises comes right back to our classroom to be used on supplies and materials that will enhance our learning environment.
We are already so thankful for your support and generosity! Together we're building a thriving UCA community!
