About the Campaign
“The idea that some lives matter less is the root of all that is wrong in the world.”
- Dr. Paul Farmer
The Children’s Place International community comes together every year during the Place the Hope campaign to raise critical support to prevent childhood deaths and trauma among youth living in extreme poverty across Africa and the Caribbean. Support goes to their most pressing needs so they can survive into adulthood and share their unique gifts with the world!
The Place the Hope campaign kicks off with a virtual celebration on Thursday, October 12th from 12 - 1 PM central on Zoom among the supporters, volunteers, community-based partners, and staff who advance this lifesaving work. The kickoff event will feature a panel of incredible women leaders who are advancing equity for kids in their countries. All are invited to attend - RSVP here! Also be on the lookout for a Place the Hope holiday party invite for Tuesday, December 5th at 6 PM at the Chicago Botanic Gardens!
You can support kids in CPI programs during Place the Hope by making a personal contribution, starting your own mini fundraiser through this page, and/or spreading the word to other potential supporters and volunteers. The campaign will go until the end of the calendar year.
Your involvement is critical to our mission to protect and empower more young lives. Thanks for your generous support and for sharing this page with family, friends, and colleagues!
