These women are fighters; some of them have already transcended many barriers - migration, gender violence, language, fear of deportation, and the list goes on. And now with increased attacks on immigrant families the bar is even higher. Now more than ever, we need to create safe spaces where immigrant women can come together, innovate and build social enterprises that benefit all of our families and communities, regardless of immigration status.
