Suicide is the second leading cause of death in teens and young adults. This year, I am fundraising for and participating in the Warrior Run, which raises money for mental health education in schools.

The race brings together people from all over the country to work as a unit to bring mental health awareness into our communities, start conversations, and emphasize that no one will fight this fight alone.
