Flatwater Challenge: Netherlands 

September 7-16th, 2025

Flatwater Challenge: Netherlands will take an adventurous group of paddlers to Friesland, the Northern province of the Netherlands to complete the historic SUP11-City Tour. Paddlers will experience beautiful open fields dotted with windmills, cows and sheep, as well as visiting 11 historical cities built since 1700.  The SUP11-City Tour is called The Ultimate Challenge for a reason, 220km (136 miles) over 5 days is not for the feint of heart. Weather conditions will vary from calm and sunny to cold, rainy and stormy and everything in between. 

Paddlers will arrive (via redeye) in Leuwarden on September 8th, check in and receive instructions on September 9th and paddle September 10th - 14th. Each day the paddle begins by 8:30am and must be completed by 5:30pm. The fundraising ask per paddler is $10,000. Please consider making a contribution to my page!

Flatwater is dedicated to providing those diagnosed with cancer, their families and loved ones access to mental health therapy and family support.
