Established in 2003, Planeterra was born with the vision of usuing tourism to raise money to do good things around the world. Over 20 years later, they have begun changing the way in which the tourism industry traditionally works, embracing local communities rather than excluding them from tourism and making travel experiences more meaningful and impactful in the process.

TruTravels has partnered with Planeterra as part of our People & Planet Promsie, to help us achieve 2 ambitious goals: 1) to positively impact 250,000 lives, and 2) to generate £1.25 million for people & planet initiatives.
