This is my third year participating in raising both awareness and funds for the Usher Syndrome Coalition. This year is going to be especially challenging for me physically because of the serious leg injury I suffered over the summer, but I'm still game and can do this with your help! 

The lap pool is my rehab heaven right now, so even though I can't run--or even walk at this point--I'm setting a goal of doing 26.2 pool miles before Usher Syndrome Awareness Day on September 16th.
