Health for Palestine (H4P) has been collaborating with Palestinian refugees to improve health services in West Bank refugee camps since 2018. This team represents H4P's international solidarity cohort, involved in everything from training to research to program implementation. It is a joy to work with H4P's incredible community health workers, who, among other accomplishments, have accompanied their patients toward dramatically improved diabetes control.
