We are "stepping up" and taking part in Nurturing Minds' Walk for Water, a 3.7 mile walk, run or hike which will take place on Sunday, September 26th.  

Women and girls in Tanzania and across Africa walk an average of 3.7 miles (6 kilometers) a day to collect water for their families. By taking part in Nurturing Minds' Walk for Water, we are bringing awareness to the impact that time-consuming tasks like carrying water can have on girls attending school and completing their education.

The funds we raise will help provide water for drinking, sanitation, and hygiene to over 275 students who attend the SEGA Girls' School in Morogoro, Tanzania.
