Welcome to our team page!

Welcome to our team page!

Gardens in Vermont provide food and social connections for thousands of people, including many children and families at risk for food insecurity without access to them.

Want to help?  Please make a donation to our team. The process is fast, easy, and secure... and you can be sure that it will have a tremendous impact!

We'll be gathering at Guilford Central School on April 30 from 9-noon at GCS to prepare our garden beds, plant, mulch, and have a lot of fun!  I hope that you can join us!  We'll have snacks, great company, and lots of chores to do!

Please bring shovels and wheelbarrows with you if you're able to.  Also consider bringing: your favorite garden tools, work gloves, water bottles, and sun/bug protection.

Update:

I'm getting excited for this event and hope that many of you will be able to join us!  I just ordered coffee and muffins from the Guilford Country Store so come early for treats!

We just got a load of mulch delivered, which will be wonderful for our paths and plantings.  We'll need many hands, shovels, and wheelbarrows to spread it!  Thank you D&E Tree!

I'm very excited about a new addition to the list of projects for the day.  We'll be planting a living willow tunnel!  Check out some project examples here: https://www.livingwillowfarm.com/living-willow-fences-natural-playgrounds .

Thank you in advance for your help and support and for joining us for this exciting work party!
