Millie Diaz has just celebrated her 6th birthday - a milestone that reminds us of both her incredible strength and the challenges she faces every day. 

Millie is living with DEGS1 Leukodystrophy, a rare genetic disorder that affects her brain, muscles, and overall development.

 She battles muscle tightness, a seizure disorder, and significant developmental delays, requiring full-time care and lifelong support.

As Millie’s condition progresses, she now relies on a wheelchair for mobility.

 Unfortunately, her mother’s current vehicle is not equipped to safely transport her, making it difficult to get her to essential medical appointments, therapies, and daily activities.

 To ensure Millie’s safety and comfort, we are raising funds for a new wheelchair-accessible van that will allow her to travel securely and continue receiving the care she needs.
